03-09-2024After mild play for one month, the seam on the bottom has separated letting the foam balls out.Before this, my 4 year old loved this chair.I have submitted a warranty claim through the manufacturer's website.6/15/24 update- Warranty claim was processed and a new bean bag was received about 5 days after processing.Changed rating from 2 to 4 stars.
