I decided to give oil pilling a try it really works to take food out of ur mouth it makes my teeth look white after it’s part of my daily routine now like my teeth will feel weird if I don’t use it love the fact that it comes with a tooth brush with a cover for it and a tongue scraper wish they also added a tongue scraper case but it’s ok the only thing it’s that there would be times I just want the bottle not the toothbrush and the tongue scraper cuz I got 4 extra toothbrushes and tongue scrapers but maybe there is just the bottle idk but I love it definitely will purchase again when I run out
