Update: the seller reached out and sent a full refund. They are very responsive and concerned. I did not even initiate a return yet but they were still helpful. The couch is really comfortable and looks very good. Shipping damages are a part of this business so I wouldn’t put it on the seller_____________________________________It’s comfy and very soft. But the fabric is damaged from 2 places. The height is also a bit low but it does show that in the description. Overall wouldn’t recommend if the seller doesn’t work on quality control

First off, this is not a traditional bean bag chair filling, as I knew them back in the day. This is filled with polyester batting and not styrofoam beads. This means the chair has a lot more structural support (you don't sink to the very bottom when you sit on it.It does need a few days to expand up after taking it out of the vacuum sealed plastic, and it will smell a little funny initially. But everything is fine after a few days.The outer material is fluffy, like a blanket.I wish I got the one that is more sofa like than a chair, but I didn't have the space for that one. But I feel like I would like to put my feet up when sitting on this chair.I personally don't like the idea of having the back just floating, as I think it will lead to tearing at the joint. So I have the back up against a hard surface.
