11-12-2024The product arrived on time and was well packaged.A detailed instructions manual was providedwhich is beyond great.The hydrating conductive gel was sealed, and the gel itself is lightweight which I liked a lot because it made the gliding seamless. Also, it didn't dry out quickly thus lasting for the treatment duration without having to reapply.Overall, it's a very good product and with consistent use, you'd see the results. It's not magic, lol.For a first time use, I liked the overall feel.
