The very first thing I noticed about this lippie is how it resembles a pen and is about the same size as a Sharpie marker. Its shape and size make it extremely versatile, and conveniently portable.What stood out more than that was the scent. I expected it to smell like honey because of the name but it smells floral. Unlike any honey I have ever smelled, and very, very strong. So strong that it made me nauseous, and I couldn’t wear it every day. After a couple of weeks, I got used to it and didn't notice it as much—I quite like it now. I assume the scent comes from the propolis ingredient because I have another propolis lip product that doesn't smell as strong but very similar.The texture is rather thick like gloss, though not as sticky. It seems to melt over your lips as you effortlessly glide it on. The pigment is soft and subtle, not exactly sheer yet not deeply saturated either. I would not say this product has any staining power. It lasts about as long as any other lip balm would, and when fully dissipated from the lips, there is no stain left behind.I personally very much enjoy the click function that reveals more product, keeping the tip of the balm sanitary, unlike using a wand you would repeatedly dip. Simply remove the cap, click, swipe, recap. The click mechanism is also a bonus soothe for any fellow ASMR/fidget friends. Just be careful how much you click, there is no way to retract the balm.

This lip product is the first I've used that doesn't dry out my lips! It's so hydrating. The texture really is like honey, but not overly sticky. It lasts quite a while as long as you don't eat or drink. Also, it smells SO YUMMY. Imagine a lychee jelly or lychee boba, that's what it smells like with no artificial-ness to it! Very neutral taste, and just the right amount of shine and pigment to look natural. Works great as a blush too! Will buy again when I run out.

First of all, I ordered two different colors, and they're exactly as pictured. The color is also buildable depending on how many layers you put on, and it doesn't even look weird if you overline a bit. I'm not sure how exactly the plumping effect works, but it does. I have tiny little bird lips, and they look PLUMP when I have this on. It's super silky and glossy, comfortable to wear, and easy to apply. No noticeable flavor at all. It lasts hours before reapplication is necessary unless you eat/drink. A very good "dupe" for the original that so many people know and love. I'll probably end up buying this in every shade that suits me. Definitely try it out!
