First off, I am so happy with the customer service!! All together I bought 6 ninja blast portable blenders (3 aren’t shown). 5 worked perfectly but one would lose charge quickly. I contacted customer service and they issued me another one. The response was fast and I received the blender in 2 days. Wonderful!!!For the product itself, I absolutely love these!! I’ve made smoothies and shakes, with frozen fruits and ice and have not had trouble. Their amazing!! On a full charge, I’ve been able to use it 2X a day and for AT LEAST 5 days. Then it sent me a warning but not because it was dead-because it was on medium battery. I don’t know how many more days/uses I could’ve gone but most likely a couple more days and times. AMAZING!!I highly suggest this product. It has well suited my needs. I’ve gotten my daughter, dad, sister, gram and my mom one-all with no complaints (except the one problem that was fixed). If you’re wondering if you should buy one or not-DO IT! It’s well worth it! Plus the customer service is great!!!! I love these and they are easy to carry with you on a daily basis. Do it.
I am absolutely thrilled with the Ninja BC151EM Blast Portable Blender! After using the BlendJet I bought at Costco, I can confidently say that the Ninja is superior in every way.Unmatched PowerThe motor on the Ninja is incredibly powerful, making quick work of even the toughest ingredients. Whether I’m blending ice, frozen fruits, or leafy greens, it handles everything with ease, far surpassing the BlendJet in performance.Water-Resistant and Easy to CleanAnother standout feature is its water resistance. Cleaning is a breeze without any worries about water damage, which was a concern with my previous blender. The build quality is robust, and it’s clear this blender is designed to last.Convenience and PortabilityCharging is quick and efficient, and I love that I can drink directly from the 18oz vessel without having to remove the lid. The design is thoughtful and makes it incredibly convenient for on-the-go use.ConclusionAfter using both the Ninja BC151EM Blast Portable Blender and the BlendJet, the Ninja is my clear favorite. It’s more powerful, easier to clean, and far more convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the best portable blender on the market!
I was so happy with this blender when I first got it to replace my generic made in Germany personal blender that was growing mold under the seals and didn’t blend very well.Well, I’m not happy anymore. Every time I have gone to use my Ninja, it has needed to be charged. I literally charged it yesterday with my smoothie in it, got it to full battery capacity, ran it once to blend my smoothie, and a second time to clean it. Now it’s dead this morning and charging with yet another smoothie in it. I just want a reliable personal blender. Is that so much to ask?Update from a few days later:I charged it TWICE this morning because I knew I’d be using it tonight. IT’S DEAD! After two charges and not being used, it’s dead! And it’s not like I used this thing to death when I first got it either. I have used this blender maybe 9 times since I got it. I’m beyond disappointed. Ninja used to be a good brand.***UPDATE TO THE UPDATE***I registered my blender with Ninja after all of this nonsense, and then I reached out to support. I sent them videos of the issue and they gave me a case number and a phone number to call. I didn’t have to prove anything to them, they just told me they would have to send out a replacement and that I didn’t have to send mine back.I know that shopping for personal blenders is a NIGHTMARE AND A HALF, because they either don’t chop, don’t hold a charge, burn your house down, etc. If you’re going to take the risk to get one anyway, just go with this one. When it works, it pulverizes everything you put in it. When it doesn’t work, Ninja stands by their products and takes care of the issue.I’m updating my review to 3 stars, but if my replacement blender works, it’ll be 5 stars.Oh, and by the way, the customer service dude was really pleasant and spoke English. I was never transferred to India or anything like that.******Hopefully Final Update******So, I got my replacement blender from Ninja, and I love it! I use it about every other day, and I have only had to charge it four times now. It works wonderfully, but the only thing it sometimes struggles with is whole frozen strawberries. Don’t get me wrong, it can pulverize them. It just may take more than one blend cycle, which is fine when you have a blender that actually works, unlike the one I got from Amazon. I can finally wholeheartedly recommend this blender.
