03-09-2024This sectional was simple to build and looks as good as if it was purchased at a furniture store. It came in 2 big boxes, we first took off all plastic, allowing all of the pillows and cushion to properly decompress from the air tight bags. It’s easy to switch sides as well. The seats are firm, not too soft. The texture and pillows are soft.

03-09-2024Great customer service. We purchased this during the Prime Big Deal Days and received a heavy discount, but regardless is a really nice couch! The only thing I would be weary of is cats. Our cats decided to fight each other on the couch and they cut a small hole into the fabric… it’ll be fine but something to think about.

03-09-2024Came in 3 boxes. 2 arrived the same day the other a few days later but still a day before schedule. My partner assembled them in less than an hour. I love the color. They are beautiful. They are sturdy but on the firm side. The back is very thin so not a lot of support on the long sides but that explains the price. I will just get more pillows.Update: Still love the couch but the seat cushions slide. I was going to buy velcro but there’s nowhere to put it because it is metal under the cushions. So it is annoying to have to get up and fix them all the time.
